It is an alloy consisting of a combination of steel, iron and other elements. Stainless always contains carbon, phosphorus, silicon and a small amount of aluminum. These elements add hardness to the material by preventing the slippage that may occur in the crystal structure of the metal. Some elements such as nickel, carbon, boron, titanium, manganese, vanadium are added in different amounts to shape the stainless as desired. As a result of the reaction of iron with oxygen, a substance called rust is formed. Normally, the iron in the metal reacts with oxygen over time and causes rust to form. The rust formed on the surface is active and causes more rust to form over time. Stainless metal is much more resistant to rust, staining, and wear than other components. Chrome gives this feature to the material. In order for a metal to be stainless as described, it must contain at least 10.5% chromium. When chromium is at a sufficient level, chromium oxide layer forms on the surface as a result of oxidation. This layer, which is too thin to be seen with the eye, ensures that the alloy has a shiny appearance. Since this layer prevents water and air from reaching the material, it prevents the wear and tear from spreading inward. In addition, if the chromium oxide layer on the surface is damaged by scratches, it can easily be regenerated. In this way, products made of this material will last much longer in terms of use. Letter room orientation, made of 5mm thick stainless material, laser cut consists of individual letters.
